| Macromedia Flash fully supports the
synchronsation of audio with picture. This is important in many applications.
The major problem, though, is the amount of bandwidth required for delivering
high-quality audio. Luckily, Flash allows different versions of the MP-3 delivery.
The following one is 24kbps, and is over 600KB in size. Flash delivers the audio
in a streaming format, and thus it does not have to download the whole movie before
it starts: With Flash you add the audio to one of the Layers, which is then filled
over a series of time frames (as shown in Layer 2, below). The differing animations
